Security and Exchange Commission which holds office at 939 Bernal, Dalahican, Cavite City, Cavite.

The Company is headed by Mr. Edgardo T Tipa who have more than 15 years’ experience in banking, financing and lending business in different positions.

In addition, he has more than 8 years in training, consultancy with the different

Training center in Metro Manila and Cebu.

He has assisted a number of individuals  set-up their lending business operation and registered their business with government agencies.

Previously, for more than three years he is owner-operator of a export manufacturing business like picture and wall frame, other household items, creative boxes for packaging in different sizes and finishes. Have attended local and international trade fair.
